CrossConsense was founded 2002. It is run by 30+ well trained, highly skilled, experienced and extraordinary motivated team workers. CrossConsense aims to offer its business partners from the aviation industry the best services they can get on the basis of a sound knowledge in the areas of maintenance, engineering and logistics.

We think IT from a user perspective – we are not just IT geeks!
This influences a lot our products and services and this also distinguishes us from other companies in this market segment.
The results are One-Stop solutions which fit exactly into the fast moving world of aviation. If it comes to problems we are the single point of contact to our customers. Instead of simply forwarding customer inquiries they will receive an answer directly from us and that means from humans not from automatically generated emails on a 24/7 basis.

In March 2022, CrossConsense became part of FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd., when FLYHT acquired 100% of the company through its wholly owned German subsidiary.

FLYHT is known globally for providing actionable intelligence to airlines, enabling safer, more efficient and more profitable operations. Its certified and patented hardware and data solutions support real‑time aircraft data streaming, flight tracking, cockpit voice and black‑box data transmission, as well as advanced weather and environmental data collection.

Part of the Firan Technology Group (FTG)

In December 2024, FLYHT Aerospace Solutions was acquired by Firan Technology Group Corporation (TSX: FTG, OTCQX: FTGFF), a global provider of advanced aerospace and defense electronic solutions.
As a result, CrossConsense is now also part of the FTG group of companies.

FTG combines decades of engineering excellence with certified manufacturing, system integration and long‑term customer support across civil and defense aviation markets worldwide.

Being part of FTG strengthens CrossConsense’s long‑term stability, technological depth and global reach — while preserving the customer‑centric mindset and hands‑on approach that have defined CrossConsense since its foundation.
