On Target for Team Spirit – CrossConsense Takes Aim!

A couple of days ago, the CrossConsense team traded keyboards and meetings for bows and arrows – and what a great decision that was.
We spent an amazing afternoon learning the basics of archery, challenging ourselves, cheering each other on, and discovering a few hidden talents along the way.

A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Bogenarena for the excellent organization, great coaching, and the relaxed atmosphere that turned this activity into a truly memorable team experience. 
One thing is certain: we’re all remarkably sharp shooters now. The only challenge is convincing ourselves that not every problem can be solved by shooting arrows at it.
