CrossConsense reaches FLYHT path
Next week we will celebrate our 20th anniversary. When I founded CrossConsense, my motivation was to create a company that would always deal fairly, reliably and competently with its employees, customers, partners and suppliers.
Today I am happy to announce that we will take another step by merging with FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd., accepting a purchase offer from FLYHT to be effective January 2022.
From day one, our top priority has been to help our customers succeed, and we are confident that merging with FLYHT will advance that mission and enhance the support for airlines and MROs that we have built over the past 20 years.
We have long dreamed of joining forces with a company like FLYHT. By combining the strengths of both companies, we are now able to offer one-stop services that are a unique selling point in the market. Be it the data directly from the aircraft, the connections to send the data in-flight via satellite or 5G, or the linking of the data with the customer’s backend systems – everything becomes possible.
Like CrossConsense, understanding the business of aviation is in FLYHT’s DNA, which reinforces my belief that this is the right next step for CrossConsense, our employees and our customers.
Nothing will change for you; all of your familiar contacts at CrossConsense will remain your central points of contact. But of course, you will be able to choose from a much broader product portfolio and have access to an expanded team of aviation specialists.
Axel Christ will take over responsibility as Managing Director from me. Over his 15 years at CrossConsense Axel has made significant contributions, responsible for innovation and technology of the company’s software and services and is therefore the ideal person to fill that role. I will continue my involvement in the business, with an agreement in place for provision of services over the next 18 months.
